Not sure what to say?

Dear Gene and Girls,
How sad it was to hear about Alice's sickness and death. I remember you all so well from our years together at St. Mary's. And I know how she loved to travel. That beautiful and smiling face made you happy to just see her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you travel down this sad and lonely path.

Alice was my cousin, and I loved her very much. I can't ever remember seeing her without a smile on her face. She loved her family, and was a wonderful wife and mother. She always was there for comfort when we needed her. Being in NJ and away from her made it hard to stay in touch, but she and Gene and sometimes the kids would stop and see us when traveling through. She would also stop at Ellis meats to get her favorite hotdogs when here. We also made it to VA. to attend two weddings. I will...

Patty,

I remember your mom from St. Mary's and how much she was involved in your life. I have great memories of you when we were in 8th grade. I am very sorry for your loss and I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

It was a pleasure to take care of Mrs. McCarthy at the Infusion Center. We will miss her greatly.

Dear Family,

It is with great sadness that I read the e-mail containing Aunt Alice's obituary. Dawn and my heart goes out to you all. We wish we could be there to be with the family but unfortunately we can't.

I have such found memories of Aunt Alice. The things that I remember are her laugh, and the look in her eye when she was happy they were all so contagious.

I always enjoyed being around her and talking with her. She and my dad would always end up...

Dear McCarthy family,
My mom shared with me the passing of your mother.I am so sorry for your loss. I know how you are feeling, after losing my dad 4 years ago. You will find peace in her memories that last forever.God Bless you all.

Your Mom had the best laugh of all our Moms. And she was so happy and energetic and fun all the time. And Mrs. McCarthy never ratted me out to my mom when she caught me driving their old brown Honda wagon with Cathy during school hours. But I sure did get a fiery tounge lashing. My deepest condolences.

To my family,
I am sorry that I could not be there to celebrate Aunt Alice's life. Mommy and Daddy are there for me. One of my best memories of aunt Alice was one summer when I visted Kelly and I went to the pool and stayed all day long. Well Aunt Alice was none to happy with me. But Kelly and I had a blast. Aunt Alice sing "How Great Thou Art" for me with grandma. I love you and I miss you,

Love Jo Ann
