Not sure what to say?

To Alice's family .. My heartfelt condolences and sympathy to all of you. Alice and I emailed one another and spoke occasionally on the phone. She was a true inspiration for so many and will remain in my heart and memories always. I loved when she would send me articles that had been published in the newspaper about her ibc journey, laughed a lot about the photos she sent to me dressed as Mamma when she went to the Relay for Life walks. I remember your mother when she was pregnet with you children alas I have become "old" always smiling always fun....Perhaps a trip to visit is in the stars for "aunt Mable " and I your mom will be missed by many....Look to the stars and you shall find your mother among them..Take Care "cousin Kate"..Uncle Johns daughter

To Alice's family:
We were saddened to learn of Alice's passing and want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) is a nasty disease and I know Alice did everything she could to educate people about it. We had many email conversations and I marveled at her determination and strength. Know she will be missed by all of us in the IBC community. May you all find peace and strength.
