Read MoreSo sorry to hear about Alice. My wife, Becky and I were very fond of both Lyle and Alice. Our friendship grew over the years. I worked with Lyle in Jamestown and Flowery Branch. Like Lyle and Alice, we were part of the original group that moved South in 1975. Please accept our deepest sympathy and condolences to all of the family.

Alice was a very special lady. I knew her while she was a resident at The Hills. My mom was there and I spent many hours there visiting with both of them. It was painful to watch as, first my mom and then Alice, declined. I do not think we ever met, but I wanted you to know how much I cared for her. You are in my prayers during these days.
