Not sure what to say?

I met Sandy in the early 80's when she was the guardian/conservator for my father Jack Rice for a number of years. She was one of the most efficient and personal individuals I have ever met. Our family was very grateful for all of the work she did for our father. She always said he was one of the most challenging, but rewarding patients she had since he was full of jokes and practical jokes.
In the early 2000's, years after Dad's passing. I bumped into Sandy at one of her favorite...

The world is a changed place because of my dear friend, Sandy. She was such a lovely lady, everyday, in everything. she loved so deeply and truly. Much love to her family, and Sandy, I'll see you when I get to heaven... save me a spot at the Cookin Pot there.

KNOWING SANDY, WAS A RAE OF SUNSHINE, A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT. I AM A VOLUNTEER, IN DIALYSIS. SEEING SANDY, WAS SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. SHE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED, AND I AM A BETTER PERSON FOR KNOWING HER. THANK YOU SWEET 'SANDY' SINCERELY, JOYCE AVENELL

I had the pleasure of working in an office right near Sandy, with the Co, and sharing a friendship and political philosophy with this wonderful lady. She did so much for those in the community with a mental illness and for their loved ones as well. Now her suffering is over and she is reaping her reward in heaven. with deepest sympathy, Karen Cartoscelli.

I have been friends with Sandy Palmer for 30 years. During this time I have known her to be a true friend. Always there to lend a hand or a kind word. I never heard her say an unkind word about anyone. She had her illness but always took the time to call and ask how I was doing. I will miss her smile and her "Hi Kid " whenever I saw her. When she worked for Sutter County Conservator's office she would take care of her clients as she wanted to be treated. It didn't matter what they needed, she...

I would like to send my deepest sympathy and prayers to Mrs. Palmer's family. I will always remember her as a kind person with that special smile.

I am Dean Wheeler, Sandy's cousin. I always felt that Sandy was a great friend and cousin. She always had a cheerful outlook on everything, in spite of a lot of hardships and health problems.
All of the Wheeler cousins who lived in the area used to get together for brunch at Ruthie's in Yuba City. We all looked forward to these visits, and Sandy was always full of jokes and good stories.
We will miss her, but are so thankful for the many years we knew her.

When I was a road officer, I worked with Sandy on calls for service. She was always a compassionate lady.

I am so sorry to hear about Sandy. I enjoyed her when she came to my restaurant, (Trimbles) and then when I would see her at the Cook-in-Pot. Sandy was a beautiful lady and will be missed.
