Alice Louella Kelch Powers

My sincere sympathy goes out to Alice's family. I had the privilege to know Alice since about 1968. We were fellow members of the Roanoke Chapter, National Railway Historical Society. If you knew Alice, you know she loved trains! I was fortunate to have worked with her on the many railroad excursions and other projects through the years.
