Bruce was a great human being!

To Carol and Family;
I knew Bruce since Durkee days circa 1968.
A more kind and copassionate friend and human being will be hard to find.
May his soul rest in peace, and may perpetual loght shine upon him.

Many of us here at Westlake Porter Public library knew and liked Bruce. He was a frequent visitor. All my sympathy to all of you.

Carol, Edgar/Sandy, Neal/Jackie, Joyce/Bill, Nancy/Kent, nieces and nephews,

We were extremely sadden to learn of Bruce's death.

When Bruce lived in CA, often he spent weekends at our home. He was always so helpful with kitchen duties and household chores. He became like a member of our family; we just put another plate on the table whenever he arrived!

May each of you be consoled in your grief and the reasons why. Embrace the many fond memories of Bruce....

To the Family of Bruce Schneider: Thoughts and prayers with all of you at a most difficult time! Bruce will find peace and understanding in his new home!

Bruce was my step uncle from Neal Schneider and I will never forget my 24th birthday,when he surprised me with one of the best birthday gifts one can imagine and that was a ticket to the 1984 Olympics at The Long Beach Arena watching the USA VS Brazil win the gold medal for Volleyball. its a night I will never forget. My wife Karen and me express our deepest sympathies and the families will be in our thoughts and prayers.

MY DEEPEST SMYPATHY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. BRUCE FOUND ME MY FIRST LEISER MILKBOTTLE. LOVE TO ALL. NANCY LEISER

Bruce and I roomed together for a couple years at Ohio State. He was a good friend during that period, and he would look me up whenever he visited the Washington D.C. area where I now live. I have a vivid memory of dinner in a sidewalk cafe along Connecticut avenue here in D.C. a few years back where we traded stories (old and new). He seemed to be the same warm and generous man I remember from the...
