Augusta, Kansas - Alice J. Regan was born in Wyandotte County, raised in Oswego, KS to Vernon H. and Alice B. White. She married Richard R. Regan in 1948. Survived by her two children: Richard L. (Rick) Regan, Jr., Rebecca Lynn Regan Murray, Six grandchildren: Heather, Melissa, Raphael, Amanda, Christopher, Sage; Four great grandchildren; Sister Marge Craig, Brother-in-law, Wendall Craig; Brother-in-Law, Tom Regan, Sister-in-Law Norma Regan; Brother-in-law George Kline and Sister Betty Kline; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her two children, Ronald P. Regan, Kristine K. Regan; her three brothers, Jim, Floyd and Bob White. She enjoyed being a custom seamstress, family boating and camping trips, and her cat Snoopy. Funeral Service at Lakeview on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 11am.

Gosh a year has passed, there isn´t a week that goes by that I don´t want to pick up the phone and talk to you. But I tell myself you are at peace, with Richard and your family that is there too. I will see you once again when it is my turn. Love you dear sister by choice. We had a lot of fun years together.
