Not sure what to say?

Jane and Bud,
You were blessed to have a wonderful Mom. She was very special...I was so lucky to have her for an Aunt. May she rest in peace. She is with people she loves. On this earth she lived a good life.
Bonnie

Dear Jane, and family, I hope that you will see this because Alice Rose was a very special lady to my family and me over the years. First, she taught my mother at Lew Wallace. Second, she taught my brother Mark (after you, Jane), which should have sent her straight to Heaven. :-) Finally, she was my role model when I started teaching at Andrean; I joined the faculty when she was about to retire. Her kind spirit and generous ways are things that have inspired me and helped me over my own...

Jane,
I,am too sorry to hear of your mother's death. She will always be remembered as a very wonderful lady.
Sincerely,
Carol Cafiero Chandler

How many people know someone named 'Alice Rose'? That is what drew me to the obit. I certainly remember 'growing up' on Jackson Street with the Landecks and have a few memories of grandma Hartnett. St. Mark grade school and church memories came rushing back too. Bud and Jane - sorry for your loss, but I am sure she is in heaven with your father now. They may even run into my folks again up there. If Bill Sayre is the one I know from Knights of Columbus - all I can say is "small world".
