I had the pleasure of working with Alice when she worked for Multnomah County. I think of her this time of year every year as I decorate the Christmas Tree. When I think of Alice I think of the love, the kindness, the wonderful humor and inspiration she brought to those around her.

Thinking of Alice especially today as I remember the work we did together. I am passing that work onto another dear mutual friend as I work with her today. Thank you Alice for all you taught me and blessings to your family.

Alice Scannell was a dynamic voice for Christ's love. She loved all people, especially seniors who had memory problems. The world is a better place because of Alice.
