Not sure what to say?

Ralph and Alice Stayer were two of my parents most beloved friends. I have such great memories of the meat market in Johnsonville and then later Naples. Joe and Mary Kovacic (teasingly called "jose and Maria") enjoyed your parents in the most unpretentious way. The Sheboygan -Naples contingent had experienced so much in their lives that they knew how to love life. I know I have Naples photos somewhere of the women in their white pants and the men in their bright golf togs. Ralph and...

Doc Hap Heinz @ 90

Dear Stayer Family, The Heinz family offers our condolences and prayers for the dear souls of Ralph and now Alice.
I have often told the story of the little butcher shop on Penn Ave at the "tracks" to friends when they are curious about a little town called Sheboygan. So many here in the west have no idea as to how big "Brats" really are and I make sure I spread the word.
I recall when Dad "Dr. Hap Heinz" was close with your folks and we upon occasion visited the farm and slaughter...

Launa, Paul, Ralph and family,
From the first time I met your Mom, I felt as if an Angel had stepped into my life. Her passion, joy and love extend to all the lives she had encountered and touched. I thank God for the many blessings I had shared with her and her family. Her legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren, as her great work will never be out done.
Please accept my heartfelt condolence for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you and your family...

Ralph and Shelly
I remember years ago meeting with your father who was about to sponsor a Wildlife Art Exhibit. I remember years of shipping Johnsonville Brats to my daughter in Washington DC. when she was doing the President's Dinner.
Your family is so amazing and I send my love to you in tribute to Alice the last of that generation. What a legacy! Jo Ann Ward

My greatest sympathy for passing of your loved one! Loves and Hugs! Phillup John Brinkman

Ralph,
John and I are very sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother and hope that memories will help you through this difficult time. With Our Sympathies

Dear Stayer Family, "Aunt Alice", as we used to call her when we were growing up, was a lovely and grand lady! She treated us with such kindness and love - we adored her, (and, of course, Ralph also). Every time we saw her, and I mean, every time, she was always laughing and smiling! We are so sorry for your loss and Sheboygan's loss!

Ralph, Launa & Family,

When I first started working part-time at JVS in 2004 in the reception area, I had the privelege of meeting two very proud people; co-founders, Ralph & Alice Stayer. Alice always made quite an impression on everybody with her infectous smile. She would always say to me "Hi honey". Quite often she would say "Got to check how everything is going. Are my kids here?" I'll never forget what she said to me one day as she was hurrying out the front door. She was so...

Ralph, Launa and families,
so sorry to hear of your loss. There must be a wealth of good memories that will guide you through this sad time.
Alice will be missed by all.
