I was a friend of her daughter, Carol. I remember when Carol and I took Alice and my Mom, Ruth, on a surprise trip to Reno. they knew nothing about it and we even packed bags for them. I worked with Alice in the early 1980's at the MAC. She was so feisty and hilariously funny that the mere mention of her name makes me smile. I loved her energy and spunk and even more, she was honest and real with a huge, loving heart. My condolences to her family as the world has lost some serious spice.
