Not sure what to say?

Nancy, We are saddened to learn of Allan's passing. His enthusiasm for life and auto racing in particular was boundless. I first met Allan in 1967 while he was hitchhiking back to Ft. Dix from the old Langhorne speedway. We attended many races together from then on. To meet Al was to meet a friend. Rest in peace Buddy.

I depended on my many Speedway Directories over the years. I still have all of them so I can find information on closed tracks or changes in ownership and classes. I also enjoy the History of American Speedways. Your work and passion was and greatly appreciated. Dave Price AMA Road Race/Flat Track 1975/1980 Iowa Artgo , short track asphalt, dirt 1981/1994 Iowa, North Carolina SCCA Road Racing 2001/present Fort Mill South Carolina

Allan will always be remembered for his dedication to the motorsports industry for the upkeep and publishing of the National Speedway Directory. God Bless Nancy and Rest in Peace Allan.

Nancy, my deepest sympathy. My thoughts and prayers for you during this time.

Nancy, we´re so sorry to hear about Allan. You were the best neighbors and Allan was always so helpful. We have some great memories!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your Family.

I have many fond memories of times visiting with Allan at the promoters workshops. His directories served as a bible for our business! Our sympathies to Nancy.

Sending our sympathy and prayers to your entire family in the loss of your beloved Allan. We attended West Catholic with Allan and would see him at our class reunions. He always put together our booklets for the reunions. He will be missed by many. May God embrace you all in His Unending Love.

We had the pleasure of meeting Allan & Nancy at the Brockville Speedway. Allan was kind enough to give us one of his books with all the speedways across the country. We still use it when we go on road trips to find a track that we have never been to! Finally made it to his and Nancy´s favorite strawberry shortcake place in Florida. Sent Allan pictures just a few weeks ago. Our thoughts are with you, Nancy, through this most difficult time. Dave and Wendy Charlton
