Allan L. Fish
1937 – 2021
Westfield – Allan Lyman Fish, 83, died peacefully Tuesday morning January 12th. Allan was born in Waynesville, NC. He lived in Westfield most of his life. He worked as a machinist for 40 years for CSW, Inc. of Ludlow. Allan served in the United States Navy on the USS Fulton and was very proud to serve his country. He was a member of the Oregon Sportsmen’s Club, The Western Mass Fly Fishermen, and the Power Squadron. His passion for fishing and hunting were shared with his sons and their friends. He enjoyed Nascar, always willing to watch a race. Car shows and Fall Fairs were also something he enjoyed. Recently he would remind us how small the fairs were getting. A special thanks to both my Aunt Kate Blanchard and girlfriend, Kim Foisey for the love and care given to my Dad. Allan leaves his son Eric S. Fish and sister-in-law Maryellen Fish. He was predeceased by a son Jeff L. Fish, brother Glenn H. Fish and s sister Sandra Holmes. A funeral will be held in the future with burial in the Massachusetts Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery. The West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.

To the Family,
I didn't see parental names but I saw a Mary Ellen Fish. Was Martha and I think her husband was Theodore, that lived on Blandford Rd. in Chester, MA?
Looking at the Outdoor sportsmanship, it sure seemed to fit. Mary Ellen brought me beautiful old iris plants from Martha's gardens.
If i am incorrect, I still send my prayers & blessings to him and family.
