Allan Granoff was one of the few real heroes of the 20th Century. Aside from his outstanding professional, scientific and artistic accomplishments that are beautifully recounted here, Dr. Granoff was a very kind man to his children and their friends.

I am saddened to learn of Allan's death, but he left the world a better place. He will always be remembered in my heart as I was so fond of he and his children. Faye, you are in my thoughts. Please pass my sympathy to Jimmy, Barbara and David who I remember so well. Much love to you all.
