Not sure what to say?

Remembering Uncle Allan He and his wife Phyllis changed the course of my life by their influence and caring. I am forever grateful Sincerely, Colleen Austin Lehr

I juat want to say how very sorry this is that Uncle Al (as i knew him) is no longer with us. I lived with Al and Phyllis for a couple years in California as their foster child. How very kind they both were to a truely troubled girl!. Praying all the best to Allan's surviving family God's Best, Colleen Austin Moore

I am so sorry to hear that Allan has died. My heart goes out to you all. Joy and Bruce

I worked in the same department as Allan when he was with Pettit & Martin. He was a true gentleman lawyer. I loved his sense of humor and kindness. Blessings to his family. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Nicest man I ever worked for - & that was way back in the early 70's!

My husband(deceased 1999)and I have been so thankful to have Allan and Phyllis as their guardian angels in the Bay area. They have been exemplary parents and grandparents. It is a very sad time with Allan's death. My love and sympathy go out to all the family members and especially to Phyllis. Carolyn Holland...

One of the few true Gentleman of the Bar. A great lawyer, advocate and scholar and patron of the ABA Public Contract Law Section. He will be truly missed.

What an amazing man. My thoughts are with the Joseph family.

I am very sad to learn of Allan's passing. I worked with him from 1971-74 at Pettit & Martin and always appreciated his kindness and his humor.
