I just learned of Biggie's death today, Sunday (March 20th )when Burt Neff called with the tragic news.
Burt had the best time at our recent dinner recalling old times with Biggie. HE must have thanked me a dozen times for arranging the meeting.

Allan was a true friend.
We will always remember his stories of Minneapolis, of his cars in various states of repair, of world travel, building construction and restaurants. We know more than we ever thought we would know about puncture-proof aircraft fuel tanks.
