Allan Ernest McCaffrey

I started work at GTE as Al McCaffrey's clerk way back in 1981, and am very saddened to hear of his passing. Al's family and friends meant a great deal to him every minute of every day. I can easily recall his absolute happiness when one of his daughters gave birth back in '81 or '82...and how he ran out to buy flowers to be delivered. Al was a wonderful man with a wonderful sense of humor. I know how much he cherished his family, and they cherished him. He will be missed greatly and remembered fondly.

Uncle Al was a true gentleman who always looked out for those he cared about. I will miss his smile, his stories and his sense of humor.

Always Mr.Allan E.McCaffrey was joking and made me relax when I visited him with his daughter Michelle at first. (It was 30 years ago.)
Thank him for his humor and hospitality, and we pray for his peaceful passing away. We the Bais will miss him very much.

Al was a true gentle man and a wonderful neighbor and will be remembered and missed. He was always willing to help with advice or action.

He was a blessing to his friends and the community. Ruthe and I will miss him.
