A most honorable man! Always deserving of all the accolades his colleagues have bestowed upon him for so many years. I will never forget him as a doctor, mentor and a fine Christian man! With perpetual admiration, Danny Cavolo

It saddened me to hear of Dr. Spencer's passing. I considered him a long time friend. We spent much time discussing history, politics and trading army stories. It was always a pleasure to see him and speak with him. My deepest sympathies to you all. Doc - "Requiescat in pace."

I'll always remember my uncle Allan as a gentle, kind man. He had a way of making me feel special. Sending love to Aunt M.E., Scott and Rob and family and praying comfort for you all.

It was my privilege to have been a student of Dr. Spencer while at OCPM. He was an outstanding teacher, mentor, and colleague. He set the standard for a truly wonderful podiatrist.
