Not sure what to say?

The McLeod family wishes to express our sincere condolences and best wishes to Slim's wonderful family. We have been so fortunate to share Slim's humor and tremendous enthusiasm for life. We treasure his stories and expecially the good times he spent with our father and with us. Slim had a unique way to positively influence everyone he came in contact with. He will be in our memories always.

My very best to Slims family.
I'm sure there was an honor guard in dress blues waiting to welcome Slim aboard.

My condolences to the family, have great memories of Slim and I am sure my F4 phantom still hangs in his study.

Our thoughts are with you and your family. Your love for your father and mother is evident in your thoughts and deeds over the years. His memory will live in your heart forever. It was a great article which led me to think of my own dad who had also worked at Bell during the same time period. On this day especially, it is an honor to know that men like your dad have helped to make an impact on our nation.

My heartfelt condolences to Slim's family. Slim's passing should give us all reason to pause and reflect on the many hardships that "the Greatest Generation” faced, the many sacrifices they made, and the bountiful gifts they gave us. Let’s hope that we who remain, never forget how important men like Slim have been to protecting and sustaining our way of life, and as we stand on their shoulders, that we are up to the task of maintaining mighty burden of freedom that they left us.
