Allen was an amazing man. He loved his town ( Stafford Springs). He was always there to lend a helping hand. I remember one time during the election helping him with campaigning. I remember when he won the election. It was near my birthday and that's all I wanted for a gift was for him to win the election. That was won of my gifts I will never forget. Whenever I saw "Bucky" he always had a smile. He would take time out if busy schedule to chat and help anyone who needed it. My condolences go...
