Not sure what to say?

Allen, my friend,
LLoyd Kelley and I speak of you often. We miss your sage advice, humor that made us nearly choke laughing, demonstrated loyalty and friendship.

My friend, Allen,
Five years surely have gone by very rapidly. Nonetheless, the passing of time has not faded my memories of Allen or lifted the pain of Allen leaving us. I shall always be grateful and cherish the many times that Allen made us smile, got things right, and made personal sacrifices to help me and so many others. Marilyn and the boys, stay strong and keep your faith!
Respectfully submitted,

It was a pleasure working with Allen in the Office of the Chief of Police. He always had an easy laugh and smile for the staff, which was welcomed due to the challenges of working in the top Command Office. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to the family he loved so much. See you in heaven Allen.
