Not sure what to say?

I am so grateful that Uncle Al was part of my life for 13 years. I loved his humor and his generous sharing of his wisdom. Many of us hoped he would recover from his ailments and be with us a while longer, but that was not to be. I miss him.

Hey, Cuz!
This is the first time you ever left me behind to fend for myself. When we were little (which I never was) you always looked out for me.
When you were going out and Aunt Ida wouldn't let me go, you always took me along and let me meet Jim Russel and then picked me
up about a quarter to eleven o'clock. Remember the time we were playing softball at Short Pump? I was running to first base and you said "Slide, Em, Slide."
Well, I did and so did all the skin off my righr leg....

My heart goes out to Uncle Al's friends and family. He will be missed for his compassion and relentless humor, even during the tough times. Farewell dear Al, please save me a seat upstairs!

You will be missed!!

Rest in peace, Uncle Al. We will all miss you. Kate

You will always be in my prayers, dear Al. You gave so much to so many!

You always responded to my greetings by saying "I am totally blessed" Well my dear friend, so am I. Especially after sharing this journey for the past several years. God bless your boys. A fellow traveler, "Leather" Bruce

You always responded to my greetings "I am totally blessed".

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of my Beloved Friend Uncle Al.

Steve and Brett,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Let the good memories carry you through each day.
