Back in 1998, Al took a chance and hired me as a biology adjunct. I was fresh out of grad school and so excited to start my formal teaching career. Everyday in C-building at Orchard Ridge, biology faculty teach in labs that were updated in 2006, thanks to Al's hard work in spearheading the process. Thank you dear friend.
