Not sure what to say?

Allen was my Freshman dean and Senior history teacher at Stevenson High School. During the past several years, he was also my fellow musician in a few area concert bands. I'll miss his warm Reagan-esque smile, his friendly demeanor, his epic storytelling, and his lovely trombone playing.

It was such a treat to perform next to al & his trombone playing. his kind words always encouraged us. His prose enlightened us.

I didn't have the privilege of knowing Mr. Botimer, however, I'd like to share some comforting words from God's word The Bible. Read Rom.5:21 and Eccl.9:5,6. If you're interested in more words of comfort, write B. Hill; 23100 S. Wentworth Ave; Steger, Il 60475.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Allen Botimer lived his principles. He loved to learn and loved to teach. The world is better for his having been here.
