Allen was my brother in law for the past 40 years and we haven't had much contact since moving the family from the Bowie/Edgewater area to West Virginia, California and Las Vegas. He definitely had his ups and downs, professionally and personally. He had wonderfully kind parents, Joseph and Mary who were always wonderful to the children and to me. May they rest in peace.
