Allen Charles Broadbent

I served with Allen in Korat Thailand 1967-1968. He was a helluva, fun loving man. He was about 2 maybe 3 months ahead of me and we Immediately became good friends. He invited me to stop by when I was discharged and said he could probably hook me up with AT&T long lines which is where he worked before entering the Air Force. I was anxious to get back to my home and family in upstate New York and never took him up on the offer. I Hope Allen had a great life for he certainly deserved it

Allen was a good friend " back in the day". We met by accident when he came back on leave from the Air Force to visit Mrs. Meyer's at her rooming house where I was staying at the time. He was a GOOD man. Here it is 2 years after his passing I learned he had passed.
Thinking of all the Broadbent family and so sorry to be so delayed in sending my regrets.

Today we all can agree that Allen was the best ball player of the family. Great memories.

Sending my condolences. I remember fun times when we were all kids.... visiting from Denver... on the farm in Corning... with Allen and his brothers, my cousins.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. I worked with Al at AT&T ONAC Group in Kansas City. I will miss him, we had many good times working together. Al and I were the ONAC "A Team". We are praying for the family.

I knew Al from AT&T and he is also from my home area - He was a Corning guy and I was a Kelly Girl but we loved to party when we both worked for AT&T --- may you rest in peace and my deepest sympathy for the family ---
