Jennifer and I have many fond memories of attending San Bernardino County Employees Retirement Association events with Allen. I enjoyed the years I served with Allen on the Board of Retirement and had great respect for his honesty and integrity. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Pam and his children and grand children.
