Read MoreMy deepest sympathy goes out to the family and loves ones that Mr. Collins leaves behind. I will always remember Mr. Collins from Fairfield High School and Waterman Ranch. He taught us, the Ranch kids, a lot. We all have many great stories to tell from those days. Mr. Collins and his entire family, especially Dwayne Jr. are wonderfull people. Mr. Collins touched many lives. He will be missed.

Mr. Collins was my favorite teacher at Fairfield High. He was the one teacher that made us all laugh with his "conditioned help" seating arrangements. He will be truly missed by all that knew him. Now he can take care of Duane and Cody, who are also very missed. My condolences to the family.

Dwayne was a kind and considerate man. I worked with him at Grange from 1987 until 1993.
Dwayne was inspirational and truly a friend.
Dwayne's love for his family was well known.
