Not sure what to say?

I am totally shocked to hear that my good friend is no longer with us!! I have known Allen since 1999 and over the years we became good business colleagues and friends. I always enjoyed my time and conversations with Allen about life and business. I will really miss him and his friendship.

My deepest sympathy to Eloise and family.

Dear Eloise,
I am so very shocked and sad to hear of the loss of your beloved husband Allen. I will never forget what a handsome fun couple you were when I first meet you two at Hank Gamble's house in New Orleans. May you find comfort in your beautiful family.

Dearest Eloise, Ed and I are so sorry for your loss. We always enjoyed Alan's big heart and spirit. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your children. Much Love, Ed and Kit Landry

I hadn't seen Allen for many years and just found out that he died. I am so sorry to hear that. He was always a delightful person and I know he will be missed. My condolences to all of his family and friends

I met Mr. Gamble while I was working at the Charlotte Country Club one night while I was waiting on the bus. He along with lovely wife stopped by and insisted on giving me a ride to wherever I needed to go. I explained to them it may be out of their way since I was headed to South-end to meet my son who had my car. He insisted it was no bother and took me to Big Ben's where my friend and son's band were playing live music that evening. I will always treasure that evening because it made...

Dear Mrs. Gamble and family,

Words cannot describe my feelings for your loss. I first met Allen 5 years ago as I was transitioning to be the Personal Representative of a friend's estate. After my friend's death I met with Allen on many occasions. He was such a great help to me. I will miss his leadership and friendship very much.

My wife and I will remember you all in our prayers.

Sincerely,
Keefer & Betsy Humphries

Dear Eloise and the entire family,
It was with shock and sadness that my wife and I learned of Allen's passing. Twenty-six years ago I retained him as my financial planner, but it didn't take long to regard him as a friend and confidant. His ready smile, affable good humor, and genuine concern for his clients was unwavering. So was his professionalism and loyalty. He will be sorely missed by us -- we can only imagine the heartbreaking loss you all must feel. Please know that you are...

Dear Eloise,
My wife, Tilly, and I could not be more upset for and with you and your family. We have been client/friends of his for over twenty years and always looked forward to his visits. He spoke with great pride of you and your children and we could tell that the Gamble family had a special relationship! I also enjoyed our pick on each other times as well as talking about duck hunting and fishing! We loved Allen and all of you though we only knew you through him. To say that he...

Dear "Sweet Eloise", The Gamble and The Jacobs Families,
As You Honor Allen
