Not sure what to say?

I just heard this news yesterday. Allen was in our men's bible study accountability group back in 1998-2000 time frame. Allen was one of the first people I reached out to recently, when I shared I was looking for work, and as you would expect, Allen helped me begin networking immediately. I will miss this great man and friend.

I knew Al for over 30 years. What a shocking loss to all of us who knew and loved him. Allen was in every sense of the word a true friend. No matter the distance or the time a call from Al was as if we were still neighbors in Lafayette LA and he was just a couple of houses down the street. He would always joke about the goofy things we did together and bring a smile to my face every time he called. He had a knack for catching me when I needed a friend the most.

He will be sorely...

My family's prayers and sympathy are with his familys' at this time.  A good friend. A good boss who went the extra mile to make sure your professional and personal life we're on course. He will be missed Dearly.

Mary,
Love and Prayers with you and your family.

Very unsettling news. I've known Allen for 20 years starting with his days in Wichita. I've always respected Allen for his insight and perspective and the challenge in keeping pace with his thought process. I'll miss him on the golf links and the chance to chat afterward with a cold one. So long good friend - Mike Jones

Allen was a good friend of mine for many years. I loved his stories and spirit of confidence about life. He was very proud of his family and talked about Mary and family often. His wit and humor will always ring thru my ears. I share in your sorrow and rejoice in the fact that Allen is in heaven today. My thought and prayers are with you always! - Mike Keasling

Mary & Family

This came as a complete shock and want to send our sympathy to you and your family.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I worked with Allen while he was at Blommer & I was at CH Robinson. Very humorous guy!

Mary and family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of someone so dear to so many. You know best what joy and energy he brought to everything he did. I hope you know how loved he was by so many. We share your sorrow ~ Jenny Verner
