Read MoreAllen and I were college age young guys living with our parents on Wright-Patterson AFB on Ohio. I recall him as a funny, genuine, and all around good guy, who was often the adult in the room. I cherish those memories and wish the family well.

Sue your loss is unimaginable.The family's loss is heartbreaking. I pray that the wonderful memories of your husband, father, friend will comfort you in time. I have learned that you never get over it, you just learn to live with it. Those memories of happy times will eventually help you to cope with your loss.
