John, my condolences to and your family.

My family especially my Dad, John Tulli had many memories with your Dad over the years. He was always with Ray Taylor and my Dad when they were playing golf for so many years. Your Dad and Ray Taylor got my Dad started playing golf along with my Mother Kay and me.We are so sorry to hear of his passing and send our thoughts and prayers to all of you at this difficult time.

My parents n I had the pleasure of knowing your Dad my dad n yours many years ago use to play cards together with the gang he was such a nice man funny dry sense of humor as I recall so very sorry for your loss may he Rest In Peace n he is now reunited with his lovely wife your Mom

To the entire Hooker Family, My condolences on the passing of Al. He certainly was one of the best if not the best Detective not only on Staten Island but all of NYPD. Al Rest in Peace buddy, you were a treasure to work with and no doubt to your family & friends.

Shared many good memories with Al both on and off the golf course. At one of his Hemophilia Outings at Forsgate Country Club we split a chance for the 50/50 drawing. When the ticket was drawn and we won the $10,000 prize I stood up and said, "we would like to donate the entire $10,000 to the Hemophilia Research Fund" I still remember the look on Al´s face.
