I had the pleasure of working with Allen in the early years of the Kevin White Administration before Allen earned his black robe. He was a wonderful guy and very helpful to his younger colleagues. Like so many of our friends from that era, Allen has earned his final reward. My thoughts and prayers are with Allen and his family. I'll always remember the old KHW Associates parties with fondness. RIP!
