Al and I played basketball together from 1976-78 at Black Hawk Junior College in Kewanee. He was always a tremendous competitor and teammate who have his all. I remember the night Al scored over 40 points in a game and how he gave so much of the credit to his teammates who got him the basketball and Coach Dave LaPan encouraged us to feed Al! To Julia and family, I worked side by side with Al in the US Marshall Service from 2010 until retiring in 2015. Al was a great co-worker & always so respectful to the public. I am really sorry to read of his passing. We send our sincere condolences. Michael & Olivia Parker
