I met Allen at a Bay Area beaver game watch around 2007. We rooted on our Beavs through so many games - even a few in Corvallis too. I just read the sad news in our Oregon Stater Magazine. He truly loved being a Beaver, win or lose. We've lost a gem.

Allen was an avid fan and great supporter of OSU Women's basketball. We have wonderful memories of our times with Allen and he will definitely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his beloved family during this time.

So sorry to learn earlier this week of his death. He will be missed at the Berkeley Breakfast Club and his proud presentation of "The Beaver Report". He took the ribbing from the club members with good humor. He loved his family so much and shared all of the news about his grandchildren. We'll miss him
