Dear Family, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt sympathy on learning recently of the death of your father, Dr.Alan Mackenzie. During my Rheumatology training at the Cleveland Clinic from 1980-1982, I had the privilege of learning from Mac, as he was affectionately called.
