Allen Nolan

I can't believe I just heard today that one of my most favorite patients passed away. Mr. Nolan was a sweet, sweet man. I will never forget him. I am saddened to hear that he passed away, but am thankful that I will see him again in heaven one day. My condolences to Mrs. Nolan and his family. Heaven has gained another angel for sure. He will always hold a special place in my heart.

Allen was a special man and will be missed by so many. We were so sad to hear of his passing, but thankful for the extended time that he had with his family.
