Not sure what to say?

Like many others, Sylvia and I also had the pleasure of playing tennis with Al many years ago in Ventura and during club trips to the Rio Bravo Tennis Club in Bakersfield. Al was truly as classy and as good natured a Gentleman as anyone could ever hope to meet. Our sincere condolences to Carol and all of his family.

I am sending many prayers for God to keep Allens loved ones in his care at this time. He was a very sweet and loving man. Sincerely Gayle Sides

For many years every Monday night Kay and I enjoyed playing tennis with Allen and Carol. He was always a great sport and lots of fun. We will greatly miss him.

Paul,
So sorry to hear about your dad. I know you'll miss him.

Many years ago, at the Camino Real Park, Allen tapped me on the shoulder and said, "Are you interested in going to the French Open tennis tournament?" That is how I met Allen and we went with him and Carol in 1993. Thus began a friendship that continued to this day.

Paul,
Patty and I are sorry to hear about your loss. May God breath peace into you and your family's hearts during this difficult time.
Call if you need anything my brother!
Love you,
Brian and Patty

I, too, remember all the good times and the laughs we had on and off the tennis court, especially Rio Bravo. I always enjoyed your soft smile and pretty blue eyes and the devotion you and Carol had for each other. I will miss Alan. Sincerely, Connie Gallaway

Our hearts and thoughts are with you and your family, and our fond memories of our many great times together will be with us always.
