Allen Osborne was a friend of mine and I met him with the sale of some audio equipment that I had listed on eBay. Both of us were electrical engineers and audiophiles, at the time. I live in Salt Lake City, Utah and Allen in Tennessee. I contacted him and we immediately became great friends because of our common interests.
