KINGSTON — On the morning of Dec. 3, 2014, Allen Plotkin, of Kingston, passed away after a brief illness at the Sacred Heart Hospice in Scranton. Allen was 82 years old.
He was born in Scranton on July 20, 1932, the second child and first son of Joseph and Tillie Arenberg Plotkin.

We are so sorry to hear about Allen's passing. He was a dear and genuine friend to my sister, Angela Cusick Tripodi, and all her family for many years.
