Age 86
Allen Wade Register, age 86, of Rockvale, TN, died Saturday, September 15, 2018. A native of Wicksberg, Alabama, he was the son of the late Patrick Register and Rachel Peters Register Myers. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Lucille Miles Register; four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Carlton Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
He is survived by his sons, Allen Eugene Register and his wife Twyla of Portland, TN, Donald Wayne Register of Murfreesboro, TN, James Larry Register of Rockvale, and Robert Warren Register of Rockvale; daughters, Debra Lynn Register of Murfreesboro and Lillian Denise Register of Manchester, TN; sister, Fettie Bottoms of Alabama; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Mr. Register was a member of the Church of God and was retired from the United States Air Force.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
Goodbye from this life, DaD. Ill join yall someday. It will be a grand reunion, as youre having now. I love and will miss you, till we meet again.

I am sorry for the family's loss. I always thought very highly of Mr. Register. He attended my late father Sam Sparks funeral back in 2006. John 14:2 it states, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you."
