So sorry to see that Allene had died. Her bridge friend from years at St. Mark's and Atria, Mrs. Clearese Tyree, my mother died in August. Bridge was a universal language and they loved the challenges of the game. I know that it added so much to my mother's life in her last years. We placed a perfect bridge hand in the pocket of my mother's dress..just in case there is a bridge game in heaven. Your mother was a wonderful friend to my mother and I thank you for sharing her with us.

I have so many memories of Allene and growing up on Mt. Vernon Road. What a great place to grow up. Susie,our moms were special people and their memories will live on forever. Becky
