Not sure what to say?

Dear Carroll,
You will be missed by everyone who knew you. I had the priviledge to be one of your friends and we had some great times and conversations over the years. Rest in Peace.
My heartfelt sympathy to your family, you loved them very much.

I worked for Carroll at the Georgia Archives for less than a year (1972-73), but gained a friend for life. She shared her excitement for life with everyone she met. Her family, Georgia, the Archives, and Madison were her main loves, but she was intersted in everything. She had a great life, and I'm glad to have been just a small part of it.

A beautiful life, like a beautiful hymn, never ceases to bring its blessing at every remembrance. Carroll Hart -- dear friend of my brother George Hitt, the silhouette artist of Toccoa, whom she always encouraged - - shall always be remembered as the beautiful and shining light she brought wherever she traveled in the world.

My thoughts and prayers are with Howard-Cito and Dee, Jennis Carroll, and H3. It was an honor to know and love Great Aunt Carroll.
With love, Aunt Jo

We all loved Carroll so much, and she was always a special treasure to our children. She left a firm mark on the world, and we will miss her, but we will not forget her.

A great lady is gone but never to be forgotten. However one describes a good life, Carroll lived it. I am convinced that she knew at an early age that she was placed on this Earth to make a difference in the lives of people around her. And oh what a differnce she made. All of us at Brenau University are sadden to learn of her death, and yet we celebrate with family and friends for having known her. We are better because she lived.

Madison has lost one of the most amazing and enjoyable human beings ever to grace our town. I don't know of anyone ever that gave so much all of the time with the kindest heart. I thought I heard bells ringing.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
