Not sure what to say?

Allison was a very special person. I learned a lot from her and will miss her. I wish her family peace and comfort in knowing that Allison spent her life making a difference.

Mrs. Kiesler was a phenomenal teacher who had such a passion for teaching and science. I'm extremely grateful that I ran into her, 10 years after I was her student, to tell her what an impact she had made on me. She was by far the most influential teacher in my student career. She will forever be the reason behind my enthusiasm for nature and science.

Allison was an amazing person and I feel honored to have known her. Thoughts and love with Sarah, Tim, Lela, and Ben.

We were very fortunate to have Allison as our neighbor for over 15 years. She exuded cheerfulness, optimism and generosity in abundance. While we are sad she has died, and we mourn, we're so grateful, and celebrate, that she LIVED.

Dear Sarah and Ben,
I was so deeply saddened to hear of your mother's passing. I remember her warm and tender way with people as well as animals. I know that she loved you both very much, and while she has gone to a better place she will never be forgotten by anyone who knew her. My prayers will be with you, as you remember the wonderful woman who touched the lives of so many.
May God Bless You, and Heaven Smile Upon You!!!
Sincerely,
Elaine Probst
Ben's Kindergarten Teacher...

We were so blessed to have known Mrs. Keisler. She was a remarkable teacher and friend...and we will never forget her. Our sympathy to her family....

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Sarah, Ben and the family. I have fond memories of many summer chats with Allison at Granite Pool. So very sorry.

I'm sorry I can't come to her memorial, Lewis Ginter is the perfect location- she loved science and nature! My daughter and I encountered Allison at Orchard House- she worked so hard!

I am so happy that my daughter and I both had an opportunity to know Mrs. Kiesler. She had such a wonderful spirit and was a great role model for young women with her animals and plants. I always loved that she never anthropomorphized her animals. If you asked her what her turtle's name was, she would say, "box turtle". It was a good reminder to all of us that wild animals are not pets. We will miss you, Allison.
