Alma L. Bonnes

I regret having never known Alma. Alma's husband Virgil was the son of Emma Rief Bonnes and August Bonnes. Emma was the daughter of my great, great uncle and aunt: Sievert and Caroline Rief. I am sorry for your loss. I know you will miss her tremendously.

Dear Bruce, I was very sorry to learn of your Mom's passing. She and my Mom must have been almost exactly the same age. The news of your loss takes me back 50 years to Frank Street in Council Bluffs and all the fun we had when our families were neighbors! Please accept my condolences.

So sorry to hear of Alma's passing. She and my grandmother Edna were neighbors and great friends for quite a few years. They had a lot of fun together. She will be missed by so many. Take comfort in knowing that she is in a wonderful place now. We will surely see her again someday. My condolences

I met Alma through the Good Neighbor Nutrition Program. She was a dear sweet lady and always had a smile

I gave her a small music box for Christmas and she said it was the first one she had ever got.

I thought she would be able to come back someday and we could visit again.
