I first met Mrs kicklighter in 1990 at the Pinellas county health department this little well dress lady that shared a wealth of knowledge to a new employee she was kind and real reserved and well respected. We share many hugs that will be missed. The Clark family sends love to you all with our deepest condolences the little giant will live on in you all. RIP

Mrs. Kicklighter will be missed. She had a concern for the community and loved ones always, ensuring that we all knew how important it was to stay healthy and well. What a blessing she was to so many. Blessings of peace to all of her family and all that knew and loved her.
