Not sure what to say?

I have known Alma Lee for many, many years. She was a warm and caring person and seemed to never forget who anyone was. It was a treat to go into her childrens store , and especially before school started to get new school clothes. Mom was always waiting for her before school sale. She truly was truly the "rock" of Vero Beach. She knew everyone and everyone knew her. She will be sorely missed by many. RIP sweet lady.

You can't say Vero Beach without thinking of Alma Lee. My grandparents lived here since the 1950's and we would visit every year from Virginia until we moved here in the 1960's. We made our annual visit with my grandmother Bessie Lambeth, to Alma Lees store for all of our school clothes & absolutely loved showing off the Florida dresses back in Virginia. Just the crack of the wooden floors & the aroma of her store is still in my memory as an exciting day. Later when I moved here we...

One of the nicest ladies I have ever met she will have a lot of friends in heaven.

It has been an honor to have known Miss Alma Lee for over forty years! Vero Beach will not be the same without her. Rest In Peace Dear Lady!

Ms.Loy was an amazing women.I will miss exchanging Christmas cards and our little talks at the club..

RIP Alma Lee Loy. You were the epitome of a Southern woman, and an inspiration to all who encountered you! When I emigrated to Vero Beach from Boston area, I was fortunate to meet. you at your downtown children's clothing store. Over the years you were a guiding light for women in this area, and you showed grace, strength, determination, and the ability to bring groups together, establish goals and outcomes, and get it done. Every kind word and loving sentiment is well deserved. Your...

I had the great fortune to meet Alma Lee years ago during a visit to Vero and every time I would go to Vero I would look forward to seeing Alma Lee. She was truly a force of nature and an inspiration to all. Vero Beach will not be the same without her.

Alma Lee was my hero, my friend and my mentor. She is the reason that my husband Jorge & I had decided to stay in Vero Beach to develop the Moorings. Her wise advice and council convinced us that Vero Beach was the place to live. I mourn her everyday.
