Our prayers are with the family at this time of loss, but we all know where Puddin is right now. I thanked her in her lifetime, but thanks are due again for all the Communion visits to my Mom and Dad, Mary and Merlyn Diaz, and Mom's three sisters, Carmelite, Jean, and Connie Leydecker, in St. Angela Parish. Puddin was like a godmother to me because Buddy was my godfather. We all know who does the Christmas and birthday shopping. She water colored flowers on my wedding invitation and gave it to me 40 years ago. I liked it so much, I sent her an invite to my second wedding, same person, but this one was the Greek Orthodox one in Greece, and asked her to do that one too. They are both framed and in a shadow box table sitting next to me.
