I am humbled and honored to share thoughts and memories of the Love that was Cousin Alma. I knew, loved and cherished her all of my 78 years, in Simmesport and New Orleans. She was surrogate to many of our parents in teaching us of the power and Presence of God's Love. And, that love was to be shared throughout the family and community as we came to understand that love is wrapped up in forgiveness, of ourselves and others.
