Not sure what to say?

It has been 16 years since you left us, but still often in our thoughts. So much has happened...Pops left us soon after, Mary Lou decided to hold on to 100, and all of your Brothers and Sisters who remembered you here have joined you. Sadly, so too have Jonas and Kathy, both gone too soon. Rest peacefully all of you. You all still live on in my heart and memory. Ronnie Joe

Alma was a wonderful friend to me and also my sister-in-law. We had many good visits and spent a lot of time together during the summer when Rex went to Bear Creek and when we would get together for our yearly Labor Day weekend jaunt.

She always talked about her Mom and Dad, but mostly about her Dad. She loved and admired him with every part of her soul. She called her Dad, her philosopher and told me many things that he had taught her. We didn't agree on everything but I valued her...

One of my favorite memories of Aunt Alma is when we went to the Jailhouse Restaurant with her, mom Sheri and I. We went shopping in Salt Lake for the weekend when the boys were all at Bear Creek. I almost died when she ordered her meat rare and it came to her all bloody and looked like it was going to moooo. I asked her if she was really going to eat it and she said of course I am this is the best way to eat meat. I almost lost my dinner watching her while she was eating hers. She didn't...

I was always so happy to see Aunt Alma and Uncle Rex when they came thru Wendover and stopped to see Mom and Dad. I will miss ALma for all the interesting stories she would tell. Best wishes to all her children and grandchildren. From Rae Lynn Gregory ( Maxines daughter)

I remember Aunt Alma as the wonderful wife of my Uncle Rex, Uncle Rex was always so proud of her and whenever we would have our Wray family reunions, my mother (Darlene Winder) would be so excited to see them. I knew Aunt Alma from the wonderful review she received from Darlene. Darlene always got a kick out of Aunt Alma and loved her for being so good to her brother (Rex).
I remember Aunt Alma had a contagious laugh and was very unique! She will always be remembered, God Bless...

My first memories of Aunt Alma are at the annual family Wray reunion held in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She always brought her little portable organ and we would sing and listen to her play so well. She always had a positive attitude and a wonderful smile and laugh. She seemed to be such a knowledgable woman about so many subjects. I could tell she was a great teacher, and a great person.

My best memory of Alma is her beautiful smile and her ever-twinkling eyes. Ron said it well in his comments. I believe that Alma grew sweeter with each day. Towards the end, you could sense a gratefulness about her and a sweetness that radiated from her. She had a beautiful laugh and her and Uncle Rex sure did seem to enjoy life. What a legacy to leave to their children!
Love,
Julie

Oh my, what things I could write about my sister-in-law, my dearest friend, my confidant, my second mother and our babysitter. She was all these things to me and more, wrapped up in one. As I sit here and think about Alma it is with joy in knowing what a wonderful relationship we had and with sadness in her passing.

The very first time I met Al there was an instant friendship. I had only been in the Wray family for a few short days when it was time for Mom Wray’s annual birthday...

It is a pleasure to write something about my sister-in-law and my friend, Alma Wray. However, I do so with sadness at her passing. I know she is in a better place and happy to be with those family members who went before her.

I grew up with the knowledge of what a wonderful person she was, not just to me but to all those who knew her. She was a great teacher! I felt it a privilege to have her for a teacher in the 5th and 6th grades. Let me tell you, being a brother-in-law brought...
